Product Development & Practical Builds

Some problems need a tool that actually works.

I turn messy, time-consuming problems into useful tools people can use.

Sometimes that means a private career portal. Sometimes it means a better process for planning and checking content. I start with the problem, build what helps and keep improving it.

PRACTICAL PRODUCT THINKING
Start small. Make it useful.

Do the important job well before adding more features.

How I think

Useful beats complicated.

A product earns its place when it helps someone do something that mattered before they opened it.

Make the problem clear

Start with the person who needs help and what keeps going wrong.

Build the smallest useful thing

Focus on a clear task and make sure the core flow works.

Learn from using it

Watch for confusion, errors and missing steps before adding more features.

Selected builds

Products and experiments worth building.

Some are early working applications. Others are research and operating models. Their value lies in the problems they tackle.

PMB Career Portal

Career advice should still be useful after the call.

My career-guidance work showed me how easily recommendations, files and tasks can end up scattered across chats and documents.

So I started building PMB: a private space for clients to find guidance, action steps and resources when they need them.

The portal is an early working product built with Streamlit and Supabase. It is being developed further.
