Making the first stages of hiring easier to manage.

As group lead in a TechCrush capstone, I helped a team design and connect an AI-assisted recruitment workflow.

The challenge

What needed to work better?

Recruitment can mean many disconnected tasks: collecting applications, processing CVs, checking criteria and handing over candidates for human review.

The work

What I worked on.

  • Designed the structure connecting application intake to the wider recruitment flow.
  • Worked on webhook intake and structured candidate information.
  • Coordinated how group members’ modules joined together.
  • Helped debug and test the connected components.

The outcome

What came out of the work?

Created a connected team capstone workflow demonstrating application intake, CV processing and decision-routing components. It demonstrates how the pieces of an AI-assisted recruitment system can fit together during a team capstone.

Why it matters

The bigger picture.

The project demonstrates how I think about integration, reliability and human oversight when several workflows need to operate together.
