What needed to work better?
When a team produces content repeatedly, people can waste time searching for links, copying notes and re-deciding things that should already be settled.

- Designed a decision stage for search intent, audience and purpose before writing.
- Separated production from the decisions that determine what the content should achieve.
- Defined review gates for clarity, accuracy, internal linking and brand voice.
- Explored how AI could support the repeatable steps without overriding editorial judgment.
The outcome
What came out of the work?
Created an AI-assisted content operating model and SOP. ACOS is independent research and workflow design, with a software concept still being explored.
